Capturing Giant Steps

Introduced by GoGuardian in 2023, Giant Steps (now Pear Practice) is an educational software promoting student engagement and mastery thorugh its gamified learning platform. As lead designer across go-to-market assets, I aided in art directing our bespoke photo shoot in Culver City, CA.

Our photography focused on capturing authentic and joyful moments of student interaction, reflecting the platform's playful spirit. The images showcase diverse subjects in various settings, using different devices, and engaging with each other and the software in a meaningful way. These visuals reinforce the idea that Giant Steps fosters a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Bringing Giant Steps to life
Combined with our photographic imagery, Giant Steps' vibrant palette, illustrations, and engaging copy create a dynamic and exciting brand experience. In developing assets such as web pages, social cards, emails, and print collateral, I ensured that the brand's voice and tone were consistent across all activations.
